At Manmatia Kitchen, your satisfaction is our top priority. We put great care into preparing and delivering your food fresh, hot, and exactly as you ordered. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
1. What is our refund policy?
We offer refunds or credits in the following situations:
Incorrect Order: If you receive a wrong item or missing dish from your order.
Poor Quality: If the food is found to be spoiled, undercooked, burnt, or not up to our usual standards.
Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered at all or delivered to the wrong address due to our error.
Late Delivery (Case-by-Case): If your food is delayed significantly (beyond 60 minutes from promised time) and the experience is impacted.
In all cases, we request that you report the issue within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photos or details to help us verify the concern.
2. When are refunds not applicable?
Refunds may not be issued if:
The food was consumed and then the complaint was raised.
The issue was due to wrong delivery address or customer unavailability.
A dish did not match personal taste preferences (but was prepared as described).
The complaint was raised several hours after the delivery was made.
3. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, or
You may choose to receive a credit coupon or replacement meal for a future order.
We’ll confirm your preferred option during the resolution process.
4. Can I return the food?
Due to food safety and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of prepared food once it has been delivered. However, in the rare case of a quality issue, we may arrange for a pickup of the item or ask for photo evidence to validate the complaint.
